Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
